APPOINTMENT. It is assigned a CERTIFICATE Number.
3) Air Traffic Controllers are NOT allowed to apply for their medicals via Med Express. They are to complete the form at time of their appointment.
4) Pilots must complete the application submit it online. You will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number. PLEASE BRING THAT NUMBER to your appointment.
